"We had a good stay over 3 nights in the well-maintained and functional queen suite. Receptionist is friendly and welcoming. Queen suite is spacious with good fit-out, comfortable bed and adjustable air-conditioning. Bathroom is spacious and seems relatively new. Kitchen is functional with a kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, sink and bar fridge. Cooking utensils, full cutlery sets, crockery and bread knife are also appreciated. Free on-site parking is excellent. 15 minute walk to Salamanca...

We did have trouble getting the reverse air con to blow warm, which was a challenge for us as we are from tropical North Queensland and Hobart was very cold for us. "Accommodation was very well-presented, nice views and included breakfast delivered to the door around 8:30am. There was a number of wallabies on the lawn outside our apartment around dusk which was a nice experience. One criticism, though, was that the room was very stuffy. Despite our best efforts, the air-conditioning kept resetting to a temperature higher than we would have liked. "
