"Hotel is very pretty, check in was easy, room was ready early. Very close to the parks. Rooms were clean, spacious. Pool area was really lovely. I would stay again at this hotel. Only a few negatives. For a 4* hotel i would expect a kettle and somw tea and coffee, maybe a few biscuits. There was no kettle, not even a bottle of water. "It is an old 4 stars hotel... Need some renovations. Air conditioning didn't work properly, not enough soundproof, on the first night the hotel had organised a party next to the swimming pool & our room was on that side, we couldn't sleep until the music stopped at 2:30am !!! Breakfast was very complete, lots of choice, ok for the price (12€/person). Free on site big parking"

"We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat. "

"Beds very low. Too close to the floor as you felt the cold from the tiles. Air conditioning very noisy and didn't give any heat to the bedrooms even with leaving the door open. "Being out of season the hotel was very quiet and only one pool open. However the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We were full board and whilst only the main restaurant was open all our food was cooked fresh for us. We were very well looked after and enjoyed our stay."

Unfortunately we had rain a few days but we were able to utilise the spa which includes a heated indoor pool with sauna and steam room. "The bungalow was located in a quiet area of the camping and had all the amenities one would need for a week-long holiday. I particularly appreciated the blinds AND black out curtains in all rooms making it possible to sleep in despite bright morning light. The resort was great with plenty of pools, playgrounds for kids and well equipped kids club - with an indoor space make believe play areas(bakery, florist, ice cream parlour and many more) . Plenty of activities for children and adults were organized. I would also recommend the bakery that served great pastries and bread at very affordable prices (€1.1 for a large croissant). All in all, it was a great stay and I would come back again in the future"
