The attention to detail from management and staff is incredible and gets better every year. It is clear that the hotel seeks to A special mention for a number of people. The cleaning staff are meticulous. Julia in the restaurant is so pleasant and helpful. Clara/Jessica/Valentina in reception are so accommodating.
