Pros. - Located right at the city center. Plenty of dining/ shopping options and tourist attractions. Rooms were nice and clean. Staffs were very helpful. Cons. - Due to central location can be a little noisy. No A/c, so may be uncomfortable during summer.

Good location but just okay

This was a simple hotel in a good location. We liked that it was close to the plaza. We did not like being awoken by the school’s band next door at 7:30am. Breakfast that was included with the hotel was eaten by 8am and it was supposed to be open until 9am.

Amazing Hotel

This hotel is amazing. Very clean, a great location (half block from Plaza de Armas). The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of hot water, and spacious rooms. Personnel is very kind and ready to help you

This hotel is hard to find because the front door is not on the same street as the listed address. But it's a real place, and the location is actually great. Excellent bed, good heater. The shower kept alternately scalding/freezing us which was a bummer, but other than that everything was great.

Don't be fooled by the pictures, my "king" size bed was literally two twin beds put together. the width is fine but the length is still short of a king, not to mention the gap in the middle

Excellent location in the heart of Cusco. The rooms facing the street are very noisy all night. I came at the end of June and the heating in the room is not very good. The staff's attention is very good.

Quarto muito claro

O hotel é muito bem localizado, ao lado das plazas das armas, quarto grande, o grande problema é que o meio do quarto tinha uma claraboia, entao o quarto é claro o tempo todo, inclusive a noite, se vc não se importa com isso, pode ficar lá, eu não gosto de acordar com o sol no meu rosto, então não voltaria ou pediria um quarto sem esse detalhe… rsrs Café da manhã bem Ok, nada demais, mas da para matar a fome!
