Beware. Although the advertised check in time is up until midnight, they turned us away when our train arrived to Cusco late (and even though we arrived before midnight). First the management told us it was the wrong address, then they said they didn't have our reservation. We ended up wandering the streets of Cusco during high tourist season going from hotel to hotel for half an hour until we found a room. Unprofessional and uncaring.

Felt very safe and secure on the property. Close enough to walk to the square. A little loud at night from traffic. Hot water upon asking. I clogged the toilet twice. :( bed was a tad hard but okay over all.

First, they advertise complimentary airport transportation, well not really. Is a taxi and you have to pay. We showed up after paying for a taxi, and the employee told me my reservation was for the next day. Second, hot water is non existent. The water comes out luke warm, and even after you ask them to turn up the heat, after several minutes, still luke warm. After a day doing a tour trust me, hot shower is a must. The complimentary breakfast is good. You get bread, jam and butter, coffee and a smoothie.

The hotel was extremely clean and well-kept. The location was excellent. We found it a little frustrating because the water seemed to be turned off randomly. Also, after a few days of luke-warm to cold showers, we discovered that we had to ask for the hot water to be turned on. The breakfast was minimal and it was basically the same every day. It would be nice to vary it a little.

I proprietari sono gentili e premurosi, però purtroppo non sono felice del mio soggiorno, ho avuto le lenzuola e i cuscini macchiati, inoltre era pieno di formiche dappertutto, nel letto, in bagno, sui cuscini, nei comodini. Non è una condizione accettabile

Experiência nao muito boa!
Local Simples, limpo. Nao tem identificação na fachada. Localizado numa rua sem saída. Prox. Estação Wanchaq, o que ajuda na hora de pegar o trem para Machu Pichu, tambem prox da rua do sol. Café da manhã muito simples (cafe, pao e ovo). Me hospedei em duas datas distintas, uma antes de ir a machupichu e outra no regresso. A primeira vez foi tudo tranquilo, a atendente super gente boa. Permitiu deixar as malas, enquanto deu hora do trem. Na segunda hospedagem, quando retornamos para pegar as malas, solicitei usar um banheiro comum, a atendente disse que estava com problema, e nao poderia usar. O problema era apenas levantar a tampa e puxar a cordinha, eu ja sabia porque da outra vez a moca me explicou e eu usei tranquilamente. Entao pedi para usar um banheiro de uma dos quantos que estava desocupado e falei que pagaria por isso, para usar o banheiro, estava passando mal e quase implorei, mas ela seguiu dando negativa. Foi uma experiencia TERRIVEL. Eu sai correndo na rua atraz de um banheiro. Nunca mais me hospedo aí. Desumano achei a atitude da segunda atendente. Sei que se ela precisasse ir ao banheiro, iria usar um deles e nao sair correndo nas ruas como precisei fazer.
