"Because of the high altitude, we had to seek help in the middle of the night.The staff were very helpful. The only issue that we had was they were supposed to pick us up at the airport but they did not show up until I called. I had to wait for 30 minutes."

"Staff went above and beyond to make comfortable. Because we spoke English they “Liz” brought in guides “Rosa” and arranged tours that could speak with us also. When we left in the early hours for tours they even packed us breakfast and bottled waters so we had a good start. Breakfast on the property was good and is complimentary as well. Last but very importantly they monitor everyone safety by checking everyone s coming and going through a single locked front entrance. We felt cared for and safe."

Whether it was offering tips about the area or just brightening your day with a warm smile, they made the stay extra special. The views of Cusco from the hotel? Chef’s kiss. Every glance out the window felt like looking at a postcard. Plus, its location is perfect—just a 10-minute stroll to all the action: restaurants, bars, shopping, you name it. Walking back up might feel like a mini hike at this altitude, but hey, that’s just a bonus workout to earn another round of Pisco Sours! And let’s not forget the breakfast—it was the cherry on top. Fresh, delicious, and included in the stay? Yes, please! Nothing beats starting your day with a meal that’s as satisfying as the views. "This was a beautiful hotel to stay in, with exceptional service from the staff. They made us feel incredibly welcomed and ensured we had plenty of information on how to adjust to the altitude and provided coca leaves and tea. The room was clean and in great condition, breakfast was fantastic, and we were no more than a 5 minute walk from the historic center. "
