It is further out of Dubrovnik than we had anticipated so probably best to have a car even though driving into the old town in the height of summer is not recommended. If you want a peaceful break, with excellent food (but be aware that you eat what they have on the day - I loved that, albeit expensive, but some may find that restrictive)...

"Very nice place and friendly locals. Would recommend a rental car for the area in order to travel around. Slano nearby is walk able. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"The only bad part about our stay was that our plans allowed us a one night stay only! the room was very nice, the balcony had a great view and the dock to go swimming off of was just perfect. Tereza (i think that's the lady at the desk) is sooo friendly, answered questions we had and made us feel like we were at a b&b. Free car parking to boot! stay here! cheers."

But I didn't listing showed a room with one when I got there nope didn't have it had the room on the bottom stil paid same price and they said to make the difference up complementary dinner.
