"When we tried checking in, there was no one at the front desk. A worker told us the woman was somewhere, but would be back in a few minutes. We waited almost 30 minutes and still no one came. Finally, a delivery man came and the construction worker finally got the woman to come to the front desk. The sink in our bathroom leaked water on the floor.
