"Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "

"Es ist ein sehr schönes und saubers Hotel. Sehr neu. Alles sehr praktisch im Zimmer enthalten. Wie eine kleine Wohnung. Einzig ein eigenes Restaurant zum frühstücken fehlt.Im gleichem Häuserkomplex, hat es ein Restaurant. Es öffnet leider erst später am Morgen. "

"Overall, an average stay. Did the job of serving as a safe, quiet, and well situated location for a short stay. Email communications were never responded to. A little over priced for the actual value of the space, but overall it was neither bad nor anything exceptional. Just ok. May consider them again in the future. "

"The room was so small that I could barely fit my suitcase in. There was a really bad smell when I opened the room and even if I opened the windows all night I couldn't get rid of the smell. The apartment has no front desk at all."

"Schöne Aussicht und nettes Personal. Das Chalet und die Einrichtung war schon etwas älter. Aber es war sauber und alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Nur in der Küche fehlt ein Backofen. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall die Zimmer mit einem Balkon. Geschäfte sind etwas weiter entfernt und wer nach Evian in Zentrum laufen möchte sollte gut zu Fuss sein, weil die Unterkunft schon etwas am Hang liegt."

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "The hotel had a perfect location to hop on the Metro and to take the train as well as convenience to restaurants, shops and the Saturday market. The public rooms and sleeping rooms were gorgeous and clean, and the hotel staff was helpful and knowledgeable We enjoyed cocktails in Le Bar and dinner in The Brasserie restaurant, both in the hotel. Highly recommended. "

"Have stayed here several times and the staff are always fantastic and the location is perfect. Would be nice to have more dining options for lunch and dinner as normally the area around Evian can be a little hard on dining options most places shut at times during the day"

"Quality More than we pay for a hotel, but as it was the end of the holiday, we thought we would. It was worth every penny. From the guy running the parking, reception and all the staff we Matt were both polite and helpful. Clearly, extremely well trained. We were upgraded to a terrace room overlooking the lake, which was absolutely fantastic as was the quality of all aspects of the accommodation. Definitely recommend anyone staying here. We will be back."
