Incrível, o quarto bem limpo, os funcionários muito educados. O garçom que fazia o omelete ( esqueci o nome) bem prestativo e comunicativo. Gostei das brincadeiras na piscina ( crianças e adolescentes ), jogos de dama, vôlei e futebol todos com premiações. Além de também ser um lugar de cultura, pois tem uma sala da história do lugar. Voltarei outras vezes, pois é um lugar para divertir e de descanso.

nao gostei muito

bom dia ja estive algns anos atras no total umas 5 vezes inclusive minha lua de mel foi la. O Peixinho esta desde aquela epoca rsss. porem achei muito fraca a alimentacao. pouca variedade, pouco capricho. por exemplo serviram dois dias seguidos carne em tirinhas super dura, incomivel. ja foi muito melhor. pelo preco cobrado tem hotel que o cafe da manha é mais cheio. volto la se for de graça. e as comodidades estao igual desde inauguracao. tem que mudar a cara o malai esta roubando clientes.

ecossustentabilidade e acessibilidade

temos somente duas observações que consideramos muito importantes: 1- Ecossustentablidade - deve diminuir descartáveis e plásticos, e orientar sobre as cores das lixeiras. Vimos muito orgânico em lixeira errada. 2-acessibildiade péssima- degraus dentro das piscinas e vários pontos do hotel, onde deveriam ter rampas, vimos cadeirantes, usuários de andadores e idosos com muita dificuldade de locomoção. Sendo um local muito procurando por suas fontes termais curativas, deve oferecer condições apropriadas para pessoas com enfermidades e lesões. Obrigada oeka oportunidade dessa avaliação.

O lugar é lindo. Piscinas boas, mas, poucos funcionários, quarto ruim, ar condicionado antigo e barulhento, banheiro precisando de reforma, funcionárias da limpeza otimas, garçons antipaticos, sobrecarregados, comida boa, café da manhã razoavel. Não recomendo enquanto não passar por reformas. Cuidados com covid somente no restaurante.

Gostei, mas o que ouvia falar do Hotel Mato Grosso Águas Quentes, era algo mas top, mais o que vi não é nada daquilo que ouvi, poderiam melhorar a alimentação, e dar um tempo no day use para melhorar o nivel. A estrutura e muito bom, parabéns.

Gostei muito da estada. Quero parabenizar os responsáveis pelo cardápio. Estava maravilhoso. Gostaria apenas de sugerir uma revisão nos componentes hidráulicos do quarto onde estávamos (pia do banheiro, vaso e chuveiro). Todos continham vazamento. O sinal da TV também não estava bem ajustado.
