"Cleanest place I have stayed in in Cuba. Good staff with very limited English and me with no Spanish. I arrived in terrific rain storm and the staff let me have my room early at no extra charge. Two cute, well behaved, friendly quiet house dogs. When I was waiting for a taxi the next morning, the landlady brought me coffee. Much appreciated. Nice clean place smelling slightly of new paint, always a good sign. "

"Absolutely lovely space, we stayed here in Feb 2024 and can't wait to return! The room was spacious with a king size bed and had a large bathroom with twin sinks, soaker tub and a gorgeous tiled shower. Swimming is close by maybe 200m, in a sheltered bay. It's a public beach, but quiet. There is no lifeguard. Restaurants are close by, within 800m so an easy walk, but our host Jiscily makes such a wonderful breakfast that we gladly paid the extra. "Es la segunda vez que me he hospedado en esté apartamento. La zona está tranquila. Hay espacio frente al edificio para entrenar. La cocina está bien equipada. Hay WiFi. Y lo más importante el anfitrión es muy atento. Me ha dado recomendaciones muy utiles, ha ayudado resolver todos mis asuntos y incluso me ha llevado en su moto a estación de autobuses para que yo pude llegar al tiempo. Gracias!"

"Having seen a lot of goof reviews of this casa, I felt a completely different experience. First of all, the environment around the casa is poor and the facilities inside the room were dilapidated and malfunctioning. Additionally, the service is very concerning. The owner Alay and his wife were irresponsible and were attempting to overcharge all the services that they provided, pretending that they didn’t understand English. "I am sorry to have missed Amelia due to her accident but Pepe was most welcomming in arranging taxi's, excursions, etc. The house with 2 rooms is centrally located just off the main strip with the beach on the other side, whilst the main hotels are located away, at either end of the strip. Internet requires the purchase of cards which can be hard to source so buy several when found as 1 hour is only 50 CUP. I would recommend this home from home."
