Property was charging for cleaning every day. For laundry also, they were charging. water from shower is slow When I informed these points to the property, they say that all these points are mentioned on Expedia page I rechecked, I did not find any of them. Anyways, cleaning is expected in property every day. But my purpose of staying in a property with kitchen is solved. I could able to cook and enjoy my stay.

Great place, yet to develop
Nice place, close by a lot of restaurant. Quiet. Slow wifi who keep disconnecting constantly. Clean but can be done better in the details (up corner of room) No paper toilet refill or replacement.

Good, not great. Fair price.
The suites are not bad for the price. The area is actually quite good. You can check-in as early as 9AM and check-out as late as 6PM. It's good for the buck. The shower was the downside but overall it scores a 7/10.

Awful experience.
They didn't receive me. I got there before 6 pm and the hotel was closed. Meaning I could not check-in. They didn't answer the phone, and I could only talk to a man who identified himself as the hotel gardener. He told me they usually give him the reservations (meaning they do this often?) but that day they didn't give him mine because the hotel was fully booked so to them, mine was non-existing. As I said doors were closed so I couldn't even get to talk to anyone else. I ended up leaving and having to book another hotel last-minute, in a very busy holiday weekend, costing me 3 times what I had planned.

El servicio PESIMO Hoteles.com se desprestigia por completo anunciando Suites Altea. Reserve por internet para el mismo día, recibieron el pago via tarjeta de crédito. Me dieron hasta número de registro: 9183422115082 todo vía internet. Llegué a "Suites" Altea, y no hubo NADA de NADA. Me tuve que ir a otro hotel. Cronología: 1. Llegué el viernes 10 diciembre de 2021 a las 11 pm viajando desde la ciudad de México en autobús, y tomando en la terminal un taxi hacia ese lugar.( reserve el mismo día a las 5 pm y llegue 11:30 pm). 2. Estaba la puerta cerrada, toque el timbre una y otra vez. Nadie salió. Una Sra. Dejó oir su voz, y me anuncié como un huésped que pagó su habitación. Respondió esa voz ( la persona nunca abrió la puerta) que no había nadie registrado, y no había lugares. Que ahí no había nada. Y no eran horas de llegar. 3. Mientras el taxi esperándome y el taxímetro contabilizando. Una voz dijo toquen la puerta negra de al lado. Caminé a la casa contigua. 4. Toque el timbre. y una voz ( tampoco abrió la puerta) dijo que ahí no era. Que sí estaba al lado lo que buscaba. 5. Luego llegó un repartidor de Hamburguesas en moto y dijo sí está ahí. Toquele. Salió un tipo de cabello claro chino, a recibir su hamburguesa diciendo que ahí no había nada disponible, que tocaramos la puerta a media cuadra que ahí eran las oficinas. 6. Acercándonos a esa media cuadra en el taxi, marqué por teléfono y nadie contestó. 7. Llegamos a esa casa "oficina" y tras mucho tocar el ti

Buen lugar y muy intimo
Excelente lugar, muy reservado y sobre todo discreto. Solo pago en efectivo y si quieres pagar con tarjeta debes caminar 50 metros por la calle y llegar a una casa donde aceptan la tarjeta.

Todo esta muy bien sobre todo la Ubicación y es un muy bonito lugar para descansar. El único detalle es el Wifi,fue inexistente... Pero es un bonito lugar! Me gustaría regresar.

*IMPORTANTE* los empleados de Altea Suites intentaron estafarme a mi llegada. Al hacer check-in me pidieron un pago en efectivo por el total del hospedaje, a pesar de que esto ya lo había pagado a través de Expedia 1 semana antes a mi llegada. Como me negué a pagarles, me negaron el acceso y tuve que esperar en la calle durante 3 horas, mientras el ejecutivo de Atención a Clientes de Expedia investigó la situación y logró que a través del dueño les ordenara a los empleados mi acceso. La habitación no contaba con agua caliente, los seguros de las puertas no servían bien y esto generó estrés en mi familia ya que no nos sentimos seguros en este lugar. En resumen, cero recomendable porque con empelados groseros y sin ética no te sientes seguro o cómodo.

No tienen recepción y necesitas coordinar la entrada, que en nuestro caso fué a más tardar a las 8pm. La habitación olía a humedad. Las almohadas estaban terribles (con bolas) y no dormimos nada bien.

They after a phone call to the secretary honoured our Expedia price and then it was good. The establishment is lovely. WiFi is ok not great but the lovely grounds and suite make up for it. Far better than shown.

Hay que tener presente que los fines de semana el pago tiene que ser en efectivo, no se puede pagar con tarjeta porque no está la gente de administración.
