"I booked this hotel for two nights to be close to the airport. The staff is very kind. The room was very clean, spacious, very comfortable bed. No smell. Great little kitchenette with fridge.The hotel is located in an industrial zone, about 1 km walk from Caroline Aigle tram stop that will bring you directly into Bordeaux. "Very helpful receptionist on arrival with baggage storage, as we arrived early. The tram stop was quite near so no problem getting into town centre. "The one lady on reception was really helpful and could speak English. The others on reception were not helpful and could not speak English. The property needs a good clean and needs a good paint. The Continental Breakfast included in my rate was great value for money. The rooms are not cleaned/serviced daily. The free toiletries was body wash only in the bathroom. You have to ask for extra towels and for loo paper if needed. There was sufficient parking."
