Fantastic location…restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, museums, ferry, shopping bazaar, bars, are all in walking distance from this hotel. No need to take public transportation or cabs, just use your feet.
The hotel staff is super nice and really takes care of you. The only thing I can mention was my room was not cleaned the first day of my stay.
The breakfast was awesome and quite a bit of variety to choose from.

All good but not a 5 nor 4 star hotel.
"The hotel was decent. The location is by the highway so rooms facing the road can have a noise problem. The main issue was that even though it was a nonsmoking room, the room had a smoke smell. Especially in the bathroom there was a constant cigarette smell, which was bothersome."

"The staff were very professional and helpful. Offered free upgrade. Only gripe wi fi was patchy. Shower fittings was leaking and couldn’t have a bath as water was not hot enough. Simply rectified"
