"We stayed and walked to Legoland. The hotel was clean and the property was immaculate. When we arrived, we were informed that the water would be shut off from 10-4 the next day. We would have appreciated a heads up prior to arriving. We felt a little rushed to leave as a result. Front desk staff was super friendly. The cafe workers gave us a bit of a hassle but made up for it with great service on the back end. "

"Location was amazing, nice lake view and minutes from Legoland and Peppa Pig Park, now although the room was nice, better cleaning is recommended, the common areas and the room itself are in desperate need of updating, it is all very old. Furniture, linen, towels, sheets are extremely old too. The steps to get to the higher floors are rusted and broken. Also, there were little ants in the room. Will think about it to stay again!"

"Our stay was short but good. The staff were friendly. The room we got was a decent size and great for the price. But the pullout bed- was a little sketchy. The beds were comfortable, pillows great, everything seemed clean. Some of it seemed a little more outdated than expected but still a good experience. The pool looked like a good but we didn't use it."

"Our stay was great until part of the ceiling in my second room where my sons were fell down in the shower but aside from that the service was great and they were very accommodating and quick to solve the ceiling issue. I will be returning in a few weeks."
