"This place was exactly what we needed. Somewhere to lay our heads at night because we were spending our days out and about. Nothing fancy, but we weren’t looking for fancy. Palm Suites is unique in that each room is individually owned. Those that run the from desk have nothing to do with the condition of the rooms. Only complaint is the box springs on both beds in our room were awful. Every time you moved they were extremely loud Sharon ran the day shift,Marshall the night shift. Both were very helpful. If you are looking for a no frills place to stay at the beach and are on a budget, I’d take the chance that you get a good room. We’ll stay here again"

"I absolutely love this property and I have since the day it opened. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Suites are awesome with doors between living and sleeping area. Great for early risers and night owls to watch tv! Easy walk to beach. Golf cart ride for convenience if needed. Love this place...can't say it enough. "

"Overall, a wonderful experience! Would stay again and would recommend to friends Our family of 4 stayed in a suite style room with a golf course view - 2 queens, separate sitting area with desk and wet bar. We found the room very clean, although floors were not thoroughly clean (e.g. dust, debris in corners). Towels were nice, basic white towels; beds were pleasant to sleep in. Despite some fancy touches this is not a luxury hotel, but if you’re looking for a nice place to stay at a very convenient walk to the beach, then stay here. We enjoyed the pool, appreciated the loaner beach wagons, and found the room to be a generous size for the money. "
