"Hotel and facilities were excellent. Rooms spacious. Staff were fantastic, always polite, smiling and on hand to assist. Location of hotel is fantastic. Beautiful sandy beach right on your doorstep, such a nice beach. Already miss it. You can watch the sunset which is amazing. Food was good. "Overall this was a very good stay considering the price we paid. Location is good, right on a main bus route, walking distance to the centre, and not far from the beach. Staff were all so friendly, they did all they could to help us with anything we needed. The rooms can be very noisy if near the nightclub or the pool entertainment, after a couple of bad nights we were moved to one away from both. The food is varied and plenty of it - although items (and crockery/cutlery) tended to run out later...

"I'd requested connecting rooms at the hotel a week before but on arrival, this wasn't arranged. However, the receptionist and her manger worked as quickly as they could when they realised my children were very young and that it was necessary. We were really happy with how graciously and quickly it was handled."

"A new hotel in agadir 6 months old hotel. Amazing facilities. Friendly staff. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was diverse and good. Sometimes tv was cutting due to someone connecting their ipad or iphone from another room. The wifi was a bit bad in my room some on and off connection. Issues were communicated to the management. I also felt a bit of inexperience from staff. Then again it is a new hotel so it might be some adaption and they have good attitude and professional."

"Have stayed here many times before but on this occasion our sleep was disturbed every night from 4am to 8am due to a Cockerell being kept in a nearby property. The area is normally fairly quiet but the apartment blocks and residents really need to get this problem sorted out. Talking to local residents they too are annoyed by the noise and disturbed sleep caused by the crowing Cockerell and we saw some people complaining to the owner keeping the chickens.
