"The Chateau and grounds are beautiful. But, what we appreciated the most, was the wonderful service. Before we arrived, we requested help arranging transportation and dinner reservations in the area and the front desk staff (including Sebastien and Aurelien) helped to arrange this. They were very responsive, courteous, and made the process very easy for us. They assisted us with our luggage. The young man in the dining area was very professional and informative. We enjoyed the sense of humor and wine suggestions from the sommelier. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic (we recommend the cheese service), as was the breakfast buffet. Our room was bright, with beautiful views, a coffee maker, soft slippers, nice toiletries, and a nice bath. The seating area outside was beautiful, as it looked into the vineyard. We didn’t use any of the spa services or tastings at the adjacent vineyard, but we enjoyed a bottle from their vintage in the salon. The setting was so lovely that some of our family is considering returning to celebrate a milestone anniversary. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"A very good budget option for self catering. Excellent quality bed and linen in a spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils and was adequate for our needs. The golf course and lots of green space surrounds the property and it was easy to drive to Place des Italians for park and ride to Avignon. We would definitely stay again when driving from UK to our house in Spain. There was secure parking outside of the apartment and the car park gates shut overnight. It was a very comfortable, safe and peaceful place to stay. "

"2 night stay over. This was a beautiful hotel. Renovated in 2021 this former mansion has been tastefully decorated. Within easy reach of the N7 situated within a commercial area this hotel has ample parking suitable for motorbikes. The whole hotel was very clean and tidy. There is a indoor pool helpful to relax after a long day on the road. Rooms are large with plenty of space for bike paraphernalia. Restaurant attached provides lovely food and drinks and seems very popular with the locals even on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings ,as it was busy a good sign of the quality of the food.There is a bus right outside the hotel which takes you into Avingon for sightseeing. What really makes this hotel special is the attention to detail and the attentive and helpful staff. Everyone we met was pleasant and keen to help, a speacial thank you to both ladies on reception for all their help."

"Fantastic hotel. Beautiful pool, great spa, gorgeous setting. Staff were so friendly and so nice to deal with. There were lots of EV chargers at the hotel. The breakfast was not to our taste but very substantial. Avignon is about a 20 min drive from the hotel- parking in Avignon is extremely tight; typical for an old European city. The Parking des Italianes is an outdoor parking lot with a shuttle to the city center that is very regular. Try to get a spot under trees so your car doesn’t get too hot while you are out. The hotel overall was a highlight of our trip and a lovely relaxing place to stay after some sightseeing in Avignon. "
