"Was a bit of a challenge getting into the property. Where the address takes you on Google maps isn't actually the entrance. There is a series of steps to unlock the doors - the exterior and then the apartment door, that have a few tricks to sort out. Once we got in the place was well kept and felt safe. The area outside seemed a little sketchy but we never had any issues. There was a taxi stand out front that helped us get taxis fairly easily. "

"I travel regularly in Italy for business. On this occasion due to a late meeting I missed the last train home and was forced to stay the night. I was treated as a massive inconvenience for the staff. In particular the late night porter who was shockingly lecturing, patronising and sarcastic. I’ve enjoyed many stays in Italian hotels and without exception the staff have been excellent. This was exceptionally awful, I shall not be returning. "

"Good stay, we enjoyed it! Good things: very clean hotel, nice big & modern room with lots of different equipment included. Hotel staff helpful. Things we didn’t like so much: hotel felt so far away from everything. There is a tram and bus stop right there, including a train station. You have to get multiple trains to get into the centre. "I love the first floor where the cafe is. I love the outside seating area and the lounge feel of the cafe. The property also has a laundry facility that I took advantage of. Every place I walked to was very convenient and safe. I would highly recommend this place again and look forward to coming with my family next time."

"This hotel was very clean, modern, comfortable and by appearances seemed to be brand new. The staff was friendly, extremely kind and accommodating. While travelling through Italy I had a very small handful of negative experiences with car rental and hotels that were advertised different than what they offered. This hotel was a cut above all of the rest and left a wonderful impression. "

Great stay

"We arrived at half 11 at night to be greeted by the owner. Lovely person. Hotel our room was clean tidy every day. Fresh towels. Bad point about hotel.. 1. Room needs a little updating. Bedding was in a tired state. Curtains was not v good. And the top of the curtains was hanging off. 2. Snack options. 3. More drink option in the reception fridge. Would I stay here again....? Yes. As it's a minute walk from the metro. Plenty of bars and restaurants in and around. Quiet. "
