"The service and breakfast is excellent "

"Ualmindelig dårlig service. Det var ingen til at tage imod os, da vi ankom kl. 16:30, selvom der stod i app’en, at man kunne tjekke ind fra kl. 15. Vi ringede til det tlf.nr., der stod på døren, og fik oplyst vores værelsesnr., og at nøglen sad i døren. Så langt så godt. Vi blev bedt om at sende vores pas-nr. på sms, så vi kunne blive tjekket ind, hvilket vi blankt afviste - hvad tænkte hun dog på. Vi blev ikke oplyst om vigtige ting omkring vores ophold: bl.a. rengøring/opfyldning, WiFi- kode...

"Location of the property was fantastic; close to the beach, restaurants and beautifully kept gardens and vistas. Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel and rooms clean and dining room grand and gorgeous. Overall: a stay from a dream👍👍 Will consider to come back! "
