"The service was top notch here. They have convenient shuttles to and from the train station and ferry dock. They will help book dinner reservations and other taxis as needed. Free delicious breakfast and access to the gardens unless there's an event. However, our room did have significant spiders and webs so the rooms do not appear to be deep cleaned often. We spent an hour of our first night catching spiders. Not sure if it is worth the price with that in mind. "
