Everything here was great for the most part. There are just two things I'd like to mention. First, the staff was great and allowed us to check in early as our room was ready. This small service was appreciated. Second, our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but we managed to air it out a bit with an open window and the washroom fan going. Second, the noise from what I think was the wheels on a suitcase in the room directly above was astonishingly loud, as were people's footsteps. I don't imagine the soundproofing or insulation is all that great, as it was also alarmingly loud with people just walking past outside. The sound is a minor thing. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would stay again.

Great hotel, walkable to downtown, a bit noisy from traffic as you’re on the main high way. My only complaint was my room was blasting heat and the thermostat could not be turned down, so hot! Very clean room was there with ground and all rooms I seen had a fridge!

Booked this hotel specifically for the sauna and hot tub amenities and BOTH were broke down during our stay. Very disappointed. Bed was not overly comfortable at all. But it was fairly clean and quiet.

The room was really dark - could have used at least 2 more lights in the room, and how about at least a 60W bulb in the fixtures that were there? The room itself looked and felt dirty, and that was apparent even in the lousy lighting. Hate to see what good lighting would have showed! Black finger smudges on the doors, grungy looking tub and shower, black crud around the edge of the sink where it sits into the counter. Try a little bleach and a scrub brush! The iron bed frame stuck out from the bottom of the mattress, so bashed our toes (in the dark) on those. TV and remotes didn't work properly and had to get the reception guy up twice to get things working. All due credit to him though - he was very good about fixing things right away. On a positive note, the mattress and pillows were comfortable. This was just a one night rest stop, but would not stop there again.

This is the classic old cheap hotel. Booked it because it had a hot tub, the hot tub was broken. Right on the highway with thin walls. The sheets, floors, and flat surfaces were clean. Not so much every caulked joint and grout line. Continental breakfast was ultra weak coffee and that theme applied to the food.

Bed was a hard, had a cheap foam mattress. Walls were dirty, baseboards had thick brown dirt accumulated from months of not being cleaned. Bedding wrinkled and was questionable if it had been changed. Breakfast was mediocre at best. It consisted of muffins, toast, horrible coffee, juice boxes and yogurt, no protein or hot items. Overall for the price I would have expected much better and would not recommend this hotel.

Check out is at 11am. I was awoken by housekeeping knocking on my door at 9:45am. I yelled back that someone was in the room. They knocked again and I yelled back again. This happened twice more, before housekeeping decided to unlock my door and enter. The gentlemen working the front desk had an earpod in his ear while working.
