"The staff and hotel are great. The carpark is open air and not secure. Our car was stolen and theives drive through the boom gate barrier. Not the hotels fault just a really bad experience. Again the staff were great. Carpark security is something to consider when staying here."

"I thought the price could have included breakfast. Also, once the booking was made there was not an option to cancel without losing the whole amount. I paid the whole amount up front. I think it showed a lack of good customer service considering the rigidity of the booking and payment. Overall my stay was pleasant and the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. A transfer to the airport was very convenient."

"The rooms were super quiet, and the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much of a drama. Everything was in easy walking or Tramming distance. Great launch pad for exploring the city. Will definitely stay here again. "
