"My husband and I spent our valentines weekend at Embassy Suites and we loved it. The breakfast, surroundings and staff were awesome. The Murder Mystery Dinner and show was very entertaining. We love it. "

"We expected more from an executive suite. It did not look like pictures. The room was out dated, an average person cannot sit at the dinning table in the kitchen, the lights in the bathroom were rusted, couch was also not for an average person, doors did not close all the way, there were stains on the wall and ceiling, and they were working on renovations in the hotel during this stay. It was an ok stay."

"The room was spotless, the mattress was just the right firmness. And every interaction with the desk staff was super pleasant and helpful. Also, the hot breakfast bar offered three different options the three different days I stayed there - which makes a difference over the course of a longer trip! Another thing that sets this hotel apart - the roaring fire and the fact that when I looked out my window, I saw nothing but trees - right in the middle of downtown Raleigh. So peaceful!"

"John was the penultimate host: friendly, smart, gracious and helpful. The house is well-lit, beautifully designed and supremely comfortable. Spotless and thoughtfully laid out. Extremely comfortable bed and bedding. It was an ideal spot and conveniently located on several counts. This is the way to go!"

"Check in took a while because my Expedia reservation was not showing on any screen so the manager had to go in the back office with my Expedia confirmation number to locate it, then needed reminding that breakfast was included in my reservation. Otherwise, an excellent stay."
