Great family hotel

We visited Kentucky with family to visit some museums and the Ark, we really like this hotel. Staff was friendly and the rooms were cleaned.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room that fit my family of 6 (4 teenagers). Close proximity to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was good. Only suggestion is they need more help to keep up with the breakfast time.

The staff was great. It was a quiet area with many restaurants close by. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the room was sparsely furnished. One uncomfortable chair with a table instead of a desk. We had to sit on the bed to watch tv.

Room furnishings were just tired overall but bathroom did not feel clean. There was obvious water damage in bathroom that was never repaired. Carpet felt sticky. Not a completely comfortable stay.

The basics were not supplied. It was a moment that actually should have dented payment through of visa. The front check in was great. Completely finishing the service with what is advertised was not done. My husband spoke to the front desk person and many excuses were given. And they didn’t make sense. Many items not supplied.
