Cottonwood Park

The first hour after we entered our room, we noticed the bedsheet was not clean. We felt uncomfortable seeing the dirty spots on the sheet, especially for kids. The carpet is also dirty. It was difficult for me to fully clean the slippers that we wore during our stay after I returned home.

From the moment we walked in, Seifer welcomed us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, instantly making us feel like VIP guests. He handled our check-in process with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, ensuring everything went smoothly despite the bustling atmosphere.
