This property was the worst i stayed in a a long time...
Poor maintenance leads to a even worse experience when you pay a mortgage payment for some people for poor accommodation.
We had a rat in the room and when this was raised with management it was address like it's not a big problem. After all thay have already put rat bait behind the fridge and it should be enough.
After we complied the manager was really good to try and move us to a different location and offered a bottle of wine.
.but again this was a terrible experience with roof sheets flapping in the wind all night.
A romantic stay that cost a lot of money was ruined by poor accommodation .
But CITY people should know it the country even if we live on acreage in Toowoomba.
The picture did not line up with the accommodation .
No please to hang up towels.no toilet paper refills or fresh towels. A staff member messed around for 5 minutes around at your door when thay walk past your car and wake you up.
This is definitely not a place you ever considered staying at .
Absolutely terrible
I had to rise the fact that we got disturbed before 7 am...then the manager apologised is poor.
The next morning when i informed the manager the roof is flapping all night i was told, o it needs a few screws ...it got surged off like it's normal.
The manager didn't even know what car his staff drive as he was restocking wood that was not done in the days we stayed...that the rat is back.
Don't waste your money
