"Lovely 4* hotel. Staff are excellent. Service & cleanliness excellent. Breakfast great. Super convenient for the shops, bars, restaurants & beach. Can’t fault it apart from the pool service. No waiters around in the day to take orders was a bit disappointing. "

"This is a lovely place to stay with fantastic staff and a great bar and restaurant- right on the beautiful beach at Agonda. Accommodation is basic but clean and mosquito nets are a bonus. We stayed in a roof top hut which was great - they have kettles and tea/coffee making facilities, also great Aircon and fans. A fridge would be a bonus but there is a free water dispenser in reception which is handy.Recommend this place for a budget conscious stay. Definitely try the restaurant too it’s great."

"Friendly staff, nice design, good food. Staff are friendly, the foods are yummy.So Comfortable bed I love it and sure I will be back with my family again. The new rooms were tastefully done and renovated. I thank management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service."

"A lovely clean place just one row back from thd beach, literally across a quite road, through the beach bar and onto the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staffxwere super friendly and our bedding and towels were changed every few days..palolem is a quiet resort with a great safe beach for swimming "

"This is my second stay in Palolem Beach Resort. Last time we were in the big deluxe garden bungalow but it was far from beach. This time we actually booked Cuba Premium Bungalows but due to pandemic setback and Coastal Regulations that was closed. Hotels. Com did a quick full refund of our payment and also suggested amicably that now Palolem Beach Resort has been taken over by the same proprietary and managerial group, so we went there and made a booking. "The accommodation was simple but good and right on the beach with mosquito nets and good AC. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and they serve the best Indian food on the beach. Would totally recommend."

"Disgusting towels, sheets and toiletseat. Dirty around sunbeds. Not easy to sit at restaurant because of really high table and low chairs. Electricity, cardmashine and internet unreliable. Excellent beach and really good food. Its a pity that they dont take any pride in providing a clean and fresch enviroment. "
