From start to finish a wonderful stay. The amenities are top notch, the pool deck is incredible and all staff are extremely helpful and kind. Only regret is not staying longer.

Service was fantastic. Rooms were clean and spacious and swimming pool and hot tubs were great. Very close to Taipa area and good restaurant. Only thing that was sad was dimsum restaurant at Broadway food street was closed :( Please bring back dimsum restaurant!

Comfortable stay

Everything was spot on in the room, it was so attentive to see the sweets offered in the room. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, the hospitality was amazing in this hotel. However, was disappointed the swimming canal was closed in autumn time, it was actually the main reason to choose this hotel but no luck to experience it.

Galaxy’s facilities and amenities exceeded expectations. The room and common areas were kept clean and well maintained. The pools were especially lovely and fun for both adults and kids.
