"Stayed here during twice’s concert. Walking distance to impact arena. Towels and mineral water were provided by the owner. Room was clean and adequate. There were many food stalls and cosmic bazaar located just opposite the building. Overall check-in and check-out process went smoothly. "

"Very run down rooms, that are not very clean. We did kill the cockroach room mate, so that made things a little better. But my biggest complaint was the absence of a trained hotel staff to check in our freind who arrived after ten pm. The older security guard did his best, but had no access to the computer system, did not understand that one could pre pay with a online booking service, and with our limited Thai he ran out of patience. "Concenient to Impact Arena, far from other places"

"It was a difficult property to find. Not a great option for a foreigner in Thailand. The room itself was great, although the only way we were able to find it was from our taxi driver speaking to people in the area to help us find it. "

"We were caught by surprise in which we had to extra 800 Baht for 4 nights just because the 3rd bed doesn't come with pillow and blanket. Should have been informed at the very beginning. Not worth it in the end."

"The landlady, Kim was very nice and accommodating. She helped me with the directions around the area. It was hard to find her at first. They do not have a reception area, but the people in the condo helped me contact her. I would advice you buy a sim at the airport if you don't have a thai number and you contact her (number indicated in her post) prior to going to the condo. "The hotel is superb and provided an end to end experience that checked all the boxes. From the moment you walk in, you'll notice the large lobby which is the most comfortable and peaceful I've seen, worldwide. The front desk staff are exceptional and have brilliant customer service skills. For a high volume hotel with often demanding guests they deserve accolades. The rooms are spotless and well designed, modern comforts and amenities that are integrated and seemingly everywhere only add the the relaxation. Another standout is the hotel's gym, the best I've seen at a hotel in Bangkok. Based on this alone the hotel is worth staying in. Finally, I want to thank all the hotel staff for their collaboration, I highly recommend staying here it has everything I needed or wanted."

Nice and clean hotel, suitable for families.

"Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a little bit old and far from the city but very clean. Suitable for families with younger children. Hotel has a functional gym and restaurant. Washing machine available for a fee of 30baht, dryer 10 baht per cycle. You may need multiple cycles for your cloths to dry. We booked two 2-bedroom apartments and the hotel staff were flexible with placing the rooms close enough to each other. The rooms we stayed in had no cooktops but we had microwave ovens. Walking distance from a big 7Eleven and another store. We had a generally pleasant experience."
