"Excelente custo-benefício, hospedagem idêntica à contratada direto com hotel. O café da manhã custou 28 reais por pessoa e continua ótimo, com pães, bolos, frutas, frios, pamonha, cuscuz, sucos naturais, máquina de café e chocolate, tapioca e omelete feitos na hora. Tudo muito fresco. Por conta da pandemia, o serviço de arrumação diário do quarto não está sendo feito, mas se precisar de toalhas, por exemplo, é so pedir. "

"Foi uma experiência incrível! Fiquei no apt 032, cuja proprietária, Sra. Irã, foi extremamente solícita e gentil. No quarto tinha tudo que foi passado na lista, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, com uma ótima vista para a serra. O quarto estava bem limpinho, e realmente é uma ótima acomodação para até 3 adultos e um bebê. "Foi incrível apartamento e amplo tem uma geladeira grande,microondas,fogão,utensílios de cozinha pra você poder organizar desde uma refeição simples a uma completa possui também uma pia de cozinha tamanho medio para lavar louças e um tanque pequeno que serve para lavar as roupas de uso no parque aquático,sobre o parque aquático e bem grande possui 2 tobogãns varios ofurôs sauna natutal e a vapor ou seja e super completo tem também recreação na piscina e exelente."

"O lugar é bom, ficamos com um quarto com uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro. Único detalhe incômodo, a meu ver, foi a varanda ser compartilhada com o quarto ao lado, tirou um pouco a privacidade dos dois grupos de hóspedes. Eles tem uma equipe que carrega as malas para o quarto e retira também, achei isso bem legal. Café da manhã bom, com várias opções. Atendimento muito bom. "This is a fine resort hotel, however, I was troubled by the inoperative Air Conditioning which ultimately required that we move to a different room. It was on-and-off, and was ultimately resolved, but the problem was annoying and interruptive. Otherwise, a great stay! Great food, very nice staff."

"The pools look great! But, once you get in, it's just hard to find a comfortable position, like, the benches are either too high or too low and angled poorly so that your bottom side floats off. They were designed by someone that made them look good on paper, but, that person probably hasn't ever been in a pool. The pools were clean, uncrowded, and calm. The pool lounges were terribly uncomfortable because the straps are old and stretched and the metal bar runs right across the middle of your back. The food was average at best. I'm pretty sure most everything was frozen or canned. The coffee wasn't even brewed, it was the powder stuff from a machine. Geez, this is Brazil, brew the coffee. The building needs lots of maintenance. There are 440 rooms in this hotel. I was there during the week and I bet only about 25 rooms were rented. I don't know how this place is going to stay in business. Overall, it's a good value. My room rate was pretty low, so, I can't expect a lot. I got what I paid for. Except that it's rated as 4-star. It might be time to re-rate the hotel. I'm overall happy with my stay."
