No cleaner cam for 10 days then camp site tried billing us to clean it at the end. We refused has we have been cleaning it daily. Restaurants are really expensive."

"Be aware: the listing shows only the units on the water. What you may actually be booking has no water around it. When we checked in we found that we were booked for a “Garden Unit,” meaning a boat parked on the grass several meters away from any water. Your view from such a unit will likely be weeds, not water. "15 min walk from bus stop to the main gate , no shuttle available ,, hard to walk with luggage Cabin is very clean,, bring your own kitchenware, towels , home are, personal care , it’s more like camping, restaurant has really good food but for family staying few days it’s costly "

"A fabulous hotel, beautifully designed luxury with modern furnishings and everywhere is spotlessly clean. It's hidden away from crowds and a perfect location to appreciate Venice. We made use of the hotel boat from the hotels private jetty, very affordable and easy to book. Breakfast was delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Sabrina on reception for her local restaurant recommendations and room upgrade to make our anniversary stay even more memorable. "
