"This hotel was amazing. First time staying in Knoxville area. The front desk staff was very helpful very friendly. Any question I had they answered didn’t know this place had a full bar and restaurant and they had karaoke. The bartender. Manny was amazing the female bartender as well just a great time. Stayed there for three days. Definitely recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the Knoxville area. "

"Booked room online due to late arrival from trip. Checked in at 12 midnight. Gary the night manager was very cordial and accommodating. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of clean white new towels and plenty of toiletries. Room had coffee maker and supplies. Breakfast was plentiful with cold and hot selections including waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits. Lots of breakfast choices. Fresh fruit and yogurt. I would recommend to anyone traveling to this area. "
