The staff were super friendly. We were greeted right away and it was a very easy check-in/check-out process. They had pet friendly rooms and made it easy for us to travel with our dog.

The room was just beautiful. The bed was great and the view over the water was so nice. The breakfast was not very good. The eggs were very overcooked, "hash browns" were large chuncks of terribly undercooked potato, and the fruit cup was barely still edible. It was a real shame, because we enjoyed the pub food the night before, very much, and the hotel overall is wonderful.
