Nach Beschwerde wurde uns gesagt, dass kein anderes Zimmer frei ist und wir ja nur eine Nacht bleiben würden. Deshalb haben andere Kunde die guten Zimmer bekommen."

"Otele girdiğimde televizyon kumandası calismiyordu. İş için corludaydim. Odaya yorgun geldim. Televizyonun calismamasimi dert etmedim. Ancak hava çok sıcak olduğundan klimayı açıp uyumak istedim. Klima dizel bir araç kadar gürültülü çalışıyordu. Hava çok sıcak olduğundan buna da katlanirim dedim. Ama bir su sesiyle uyandım. Klimadan ahşap masanın üzerine su damliyordu. Orada cüzdanım ve araba anahtarimi bırakmıştım onlar ıslandı. Klimayı kapatmak zorunda kaldım. Kötü bir otel deneyimi yaşadım....
