Very expensive for the conditions that they offer. The studio we were accommodated in, looks like nobody made any update since 1950. Very, very old furniture, scratched, broken, dirty walls, bathroom, etc. Moreover, we had aunts in the kitchen and bathroom, the balcony doors were broken, mosquito net was broken and the air conditioning set at 25 degrees which in some days was not enough to cool the room. The only good thing was the swimming pool but they would only clean it once in 2 or 3 days. Never again, in my life, in this place!

We liked the quiet relaxed peaceful atmosphere. It was very homely and safe. Leon and his family showed us wonderful kindness and was very welcoming. We would definitely stay here during our next visit to corfu 🙂

La struttura si trova in un bel punto per andare al mare e per cenare la sera nelle vicinanze senza bisogno di utilizzare l’auto. Il tutto è un po’ datato , se si conosce bene bene l’arte dell’arrangiamento vi si può soggiornare .

Stanza normalissima con piccolo angolo cottura (mai usato). Il complesso di appartamenti si trova nel paesino di Messonghi, molto tranquillo. Di fronte agli appartamenti scorre un fiume però nonostante questo non ho avvertito presenza di zanzare in camera. Letto abbastanza comodo, piccolo terrazzino che dà sulla piscina. Per il resto va benissimo per trascorrere una settimana di relax.

The apartment was basic but very clean and in a good location, close to the beautiful beach and some excellent restaurants. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was fairly well equipped but a toaster would have been useful. The beds were very hard which we found uncomfortable but may have suited some people. Our main criticism is the pool area. It was not big enough for the number of guests and so was extremely crowded sometimes.

Sehr liebe und nette Familienbesitzer des Appartements, die ihr bestmöglichstes versuchen. Allerdings sind sie Möbel etc sehr alt und bieten kein Komfort. Bett wie ein Stein...Pool ok, aber drum herum auch sehr heruntergekommen. Neue Möbel und kleine Renovierung würde absolut helfen und der Gastfreundschaft gerecht werden.

Im Vorfeld möchten wir euch mitteilen, dass wir zwei 18 Jährige sind und deswegen nicht die höchsten Ansprüche haben. Am Tag vor der Anreise habe ich bei der Unterkunft angerufen und ihnen mitgeteilt, wann unser Flieger landen wird, damit sie ungefähr den Check-in planen konnten. Mit dem Green Bus kommt man für 2,40€ nach Messonghi, was deutlich günstiger als jeder andere Transfer ist. In der Unterkunft angekommen, wurden wir von einem netten jungen Mann begrüßt, der sofort wusste wie wir heißen und uns zu unserem Zimmer führte. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und fanden ein schickes kleines Zimmer vor. Es gab ein kleines Bad (Waschbecken, Toilette und Dusche), eine kleine Küche (geradeso ausgestattet für zwei Personen) und ein Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Mini-Fernseher, Klimaanlage Tisch mit Stuhl und Nachtschränke), welches direkt mit der Küche verbunden war. Außerdem gab es eine kleine Terrasse mit zwei Stühlen und einem Tisch, auf der man sehr gut Essen konnte. Wir haben uns dann noch ein Auto bei "Corfu Plus" für 20€ pro Tag gemietet. Dieses konnten wir ohne Probleme auf dem Gelände der Unterkunft abstellen. Abschließend können wir sagen, dass diese Unterkunft zwar nicht die luxuriöseste ist, zum Schlafen, Kochen und Duschen aber allemale reicht.
