"Great stay, the apartment looks new. There was a light breakfast waiting for us in the fridge when we got there and the location is very walkable to sightsee downtown Mendoza. My only complaints would be that the apartment is lightly furnished, so sound travels (though the area is pretty quiet and we never heard of neighbors, but we were always afraid we were making too much noise when moving chairs after eating, for example)."

"The front desk people were very pleasant and cheerful. We found our room very dark, even with the curtains opened. We just looked onto walls or the parking garage. Perhaps it was just our room on the bottom floor. But the hotel was not busy at all. They could have given us a room upstairs that might not have been cave-like. When we arrived, the bathroom was not very clean. Lots of hair and bits of things on the floor and in the shower. We did enjoy the breakfast been brought to our room."

"If you’re looking for a safe place in the heart of Mendoza, look no further. This place is around the corner from a lot of eateries and bars. Transportation is easily accessible. There were 3 of us with plenty of room. The hosts were great and easy to work with. "

"The hotel has a nondescript, plain lobby with a super welcoming and eager-to-help attendant; the room is rather simple but quite nice. It is located on a quiet side street, near many sights and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and stay there in my next visit to Mendoza."

A começar que o Senhor Luiz nos recebeu na porta e quase não nos deixou entrar, pois queria que tivéssemos feito a reserva com ele e não com o site. Ao entrarmos no quarto, estava SUJO, com cabelos o chão. A toalha é dura, horrível. A cama é horrível e o quarto abafado. Não tem ar condicionado no quarto do casal como menciona no site. "FICA NO CENTRO DE MENDOZA E O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ E O ESTACIONAMENTO SÃO NO HOTEL PACÍFICO, distante 3 quadras do Andino. A entrada do hotel andino estava suja, também o quarto estava sujo e as cadeiras rasgadas. Optamos pelo Hotel Pacífico muito melhor. Os atendentes são pessoas ótimas, assim como o dono do Hotel que nos ajudaram muito."

Excellent new hotel, needs time to be Curio level

"Great new hotel located a short walk from the main squares of Mendoza. It has a distinct modern urban industrial design. All areas were clean and staff were friendly. There were a couple of issues which were overcome through intervention by the front office team. The restaurant is heavily meat-led which is a challenge for vegetarians. The staff in the restaurant didn't have the same attention to service as the main hotel. In time, this has the potential to be a good addition to the Curio Collection brand. "
