"The location was great. No issues with parking and the owner is very friendly and makes sure to inform you if you are unsure of anything. Very good price. Great shower head an outstanding water pressure. Can't recommend enough! Only bad part is that I was not able to go rafting but that was my own fault. Thank you Trevor!"

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay, and everything about this property. This was our first family getaway trip in the mountains, especially in a cabin, and this beyond exceeded our expectations. "What’s not to like? This is a great property for some nature connection that I needed. The owner was very nice and helpful as I had never visited this area. The property is clean and well kept. I basically fished for several hours in the morning/early afternoon on the Hiwassee River and then sat on the front porch and watch deer and other wildlife on the property. "

"First, the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear what people are talking about or if they cough. Our neighbor had about 6 alarms going off throughout the night and that’s after we listened to their kids screaming and running around for a few hours. I’m not exaggerating. Quiet hours are 11-8 or something but I’m sure no one expects that a neighbor can even hear their cough and alarms. That’s just ridiculous and speaks to the walls, not the neighbors.
