"My apartment was small but perfect for solo travelling. Everything i needed, shower, toilet, microwave, fridge, kettle, bed, tv, safe, hanging rail for clothing, even had a hairdryer tucked away although not something i use. Was clean and warm. Windows that open to let air in should you need it. They provide breakfast down by reception. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. You only needed to ask and they would do their best to answer or help. Situated away from all the main city...

"We had a nice apartment with a view to the cinema. It looked great. Lots of storage for clothes and bathroom things. Many mirrors and two TVs. Cozy lights in the living room area. Black out blinds everywhere and it was quite quiet. The bed was big and comfortable and there were many pillows. There are sockets everywhere. Friendly staff :) Sadly there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom and there were no towels/cloths/paper towels in the kitchen area. Great stay all in all, would go again!"

"This apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a prime location. The hosts were communicative and check-in was easy. Two caveats for travelers: 1) There's a spiral staircase and no elevator (that we found). It's a large staircase so not hard to climb, but it was a little challenging to carry large luggage up. 2) The beds, bedding and furniture were very comfortable and there is lots of extra bedding, but the apartment is a sparsely appointed and kitchen gear is very limited. "The contactless check in and out was very convenient. Apartment was more spacious than expected. There were a few things that would have improved the stay such as coat hooks in the entrance hall, a dishwashing cloth to wipe surfaces, another sofa for everyone to relax. Overall a well located apartment for a great city break. Everything within walking distance and a Netto just around the corner. "

"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"Fantastic staff - friendly, efficient, helpful We had an issue with our room at 10pm on a Friday, went down to the reception and within 10 mins we were packing up and moving to an upgraded room. Would recommend splashing out for a suite as you get free drinks from the bar as well as free breakfast. Tiny bit of marking on the industrial-style concrete wall but the bathroom, bedding and floor was absolutely spotless Great drinks in the bar, breakfast also very good but badly layed out meaning...
