Overall I was incredibly disappointed with my stay here. From the moment I approached the door, I could smell strong cigarette smoke, which was even worse when I entered the property. This made the whole stay feel dirty and unpleasant. Actually opening the door was really difficult, and needed maintenance. The manager could not be bothered putting the info of the WIFI and password into the instructions and made me hunt around the apartment to try to find it, and then read the tiny writing on the back of the router to find 2 options for passwords. Then then it didn't even work. They said they suggested I get a sim card for wifi from a 7/11 which they'd reimburse me for. I tried to do that, the first sim didn't work, and then I tried another couple of 7/11 who were sold out of the other types. so in the end, after almost 2 hours of trying to solve THEIR PROBLEM on my holiday, I was still without internet. and THEN they never got back to me to reimburse me for the costs. I would never have booked this apartment if I knew it wouldn't have internet. And, although I was expecting the bathroom to be tiny, it really is ridiculous. Overall the customer service and care taken on this property was appalling. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay.
