"It was a solo trip in end of October. The people who work there are very kind and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and was given a quiet room. The room it self is nice. The shower always had hot water. It was a comfortable room. At the very center of Copenhagen near many sights. . I felt safe on my own. It would be perfect if they had a kittle in the room. I would absolutely return and stay at this hotel. I loved Copenhagen so much, I would love to come back. "

"The location was good, 5 minutes from tivoli and 15 from everything else. Room was a good size and comfortable, the room/bathroom was not extremely clean upon arrival. You get what you pay for. Luggage storage was useful. "

"This was a 2 night stay to enjoy the Copenhagen Christmas markets. The hotel was stunning, the moment you stepped through the door there was a beautiful smell. It was all decorated for Christmas in the lobby. The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly. The best hotel breakfast I have ever had. So much choice and so nice. Everything tasted fresh and the pastries wow! I had a gorgeous Superior room on the 6th floor with a stunning view. The room was big, clean, had plenty of tea, coffee etc...

"Close to a lot of tourist attractions. There are a lot of rooms at the hotel but hotel staff seems to allocate rooms so close to each other. Can hear baby crying from next room during our 4 nights stay every nights. Booked waterview but construction happening around the area. "

"The hotel was in a really good location, was very quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just plan a little longer when taking a shower due to the low water pressure. Overall very happy and would definitely consider it again if coming to Copenhagen. "
