"The property was clean! We stayed in the loft which was super cute. No one to help or assist you on premises. We were locked out of our room one night late for an hour due to keyless entrance malfunction which was very frustrating. The room wasnt ready till an hour after checkin due to housekeepers being behind on cleaning. However the were very kind and helpful for sure. "Contacted the property ahead of arriving because of a confusing email I received. They were able to confirm our reservation and checked us in over the phone, which allowed us to continue our sightseeing and not have to worry about it. The bathroom was small but the water was hot. One downside is that since it's on a main road there was lots of traffic noise in the morning. "

"The location was great for getting to all the areas we love in NW michigan and the resort property itself is AMAZING as always - but the condo is dated, should offer more linens for the stay due to the fact that there is no washing/drying machine available. Just didn't get a good "clean at home" kind of feeling - the vent when you enter good use a good wipe down. It's the first thing you see! "
