"No car allowed, walking precinct, the nearest free parking is by the marina, half an hour walk. U have to go to their main office nearby to collect the key it not listed u have to bargain very hard to get the address on the first floor not sign posted. The manager grumpy not welcome typical Italian. There are better places unless u don’t have a car"

We had troubles with traffic and the host made the check in easy, which was very welcome after 12h on the road.
The property was nice, spaceful and organized. Only downside is not possible to walk around, car is needed. But it is quite close to the city, and it was better to not be in the city center. More peaceful."
"I have elected to give this property full marks just to balance out some of the negative reviews that I felt were overly harsh. Some of the comments did inspire a lot of scepticism, but I took a chance on account of the great daily rate and didn’t regret it. My family decided to cross over to the Italy side and had a great time here. It’s not Nice or Cannes, it’s just a very low key place to decompress with the kids. The property itself is old and could use a facelift, but at least the staff tries their best to keep the place clean and functional. Being from North America we are accustomed to certain comforts and convenience. But this is classic Europe and you have to align your expectations and not act like a bunch of pretentious New Yorkers. Parking is free and there is an onsite laundromat for 5 euros."
