Location is the big positive for this hotel. Walking distance to shows, shops, the many eateries and public transport. Unfortunately the room was very pokey and the noise from the service alleyway outside our window was crazy! From 1.30am reverse beeping of delivery trucks, rubbish bins getting emptied and general street noise. Comfy bed and good shower helped.

Beds were really comfortable. Noise level was fine for inner city location – I would say as expected, some noise but not extreme and only slight over night. Easy walk to CBD and Tram stop. Good cafe nearby for morning coffee and pastry. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Interior of communal areas is a little tired. Facilties in room were adequate.
