Lovely stay
"It was a lovely hospital. Sadly our heating didnt work but the receptionists was so lovely she managed to provide us with extra duvet. Marcos restaurant was do lovely. Staff were so nice."

"Lovely hotel. Clean, modern rooms with super comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms with separate bath and shower. Spa is fantastic as well. Very central for all Bath sights. Will definitely come back."

Clean, central and reasonable
"The hotel was ideal for a stay in the city with being central. Very clean, huge room but lacked character and a little tired, could see it was a beautiful hotel in it's day. Saying that would stay again as it was good for what we required and reasonably priced."
