"Great hotel for a family traveling with a large vehicle. The location is not too far off the highway. We parked in the onsite garage and left the driving to Uber for the tourist sites . The staff was friendly and provided lots of local info. There wasn't too much to do near the hotel, but it was a good base away from the city center. "Good hotel wifi works, clean and spacious room. The only thing I did not like is that they charge you ectrabif you want yo have access to the kitchen (included in the room but locked with a steel courtain) you have to pay extra. Also you have to pay extra to have your room serviced by housekeeping. I was there for 2 nights only, so no big deal for me. "

"The Best Western Plus has become my goto place to stay when I come to Brussels. It is in an old building with original features, the location is convenient close to restaurants, shopping and transportation although a (paid) parking space was made available for me. It has a good buffet breakfast and the staff are very friendly, it is clean and hospitable. I would recommend staying here!"

"Bra lokaliserat, alldeles intill metron, ett par trevliga restauranger i närheten. Enkelt, lite slitet och kallt på rummet men fin service, rent och rymligt rum och skön säng, tyst och störningsfritt så jag sov mycket gott. Kommer gärna tillbaka!"

" the wifi on the 5 floor cuts in and out all the time and is slow or fails to load when it drops out. makes it very hard and time consuming, makes it hard to book transportation on the internet. the wifi on first floor works well and is faster."

"Really enjoyed my stay - room was at the back and very quiet. Very easy to get into the city centre - bus across the road outside Lidl to Luxembourg Place which is a good place to end up. Had a walk around the area- not many people or cars - very peaceful. Not a massive breakfast selection but nice enough . Staff very pleasant and very helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Good shower etc"
