"I booked a room for one night for an event in Knoxville. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping and would have been walkable to the concert if not for frigid temperatures and icy sidewalks. Hotel appeared very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable with 4 pillows each. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was friendly. I recommend this hotel if you need a place in downtown Knoxville. "

"Incredible location. Within walking distance of everything downtown. Easy parking in garage behind hotel and we ended up not having to pay for. Great Starbucks in lower level. Decorated beautifully for Christmas. "

"Property in excellent shape and easy check in although the front desk person ( lady @ Sat 1/4/25 @ 4pm) - put the incorrect room number on our key sleeve. The breakfast was average compared to other Embassy Suites. "

"With a major snow storm approaching, I managed a last minute reservation at Hotel Oliver to be closer to airport but not in middle of nowhere. Turned out to be the best choice I could make, as my flights were cancelled and I needed to extend my stay a day. All staff and management were exceptionally helpful. Many things were closed but they were aware of all restaurants that were open. I’ve already recommended this hotel to family who may come through here again. And I recommend it to you!"

"The Peyton Manning themed hotel was perfectly decorated. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The heater/AC was loud when it ran and there was no fan in the bathroom. Saloon 16 near the hotel lobby was convenient but frigid cold. Staff was friendly. I am not a huge fan of being essentially required to pay for the $40 valet service and then tipping on top of the cost. All in all a nice stay. The theme of the hotel is definitely a must see for Volunteer fans. "

"The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage. "Easy check-in. For being a residential property, the specific parking and doors were clearly marked for entry to my suite. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member, Jennifer, who checked up on me at my check-in to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay.
