"Check-in was easy and quick. As for the area out and around the hotel, dirty and unkept. I realize that is not the responsibility of Sandals but it does make the outside are less attractive. We did travel to the market where the cruise ships dock. Lots of shops there, all the same kind of tourist souvenirs. We did have to arrange travel to and from town and the traffic was awful. "

"This resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and have amazing views. The food was wonderful, especially the lobster at Seafire Grill. It was perfectly prepared. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic getaway. "

"Staff were friendly enough - but perhaps a list of eating options for xmas eve would have been helpful. I ended up walking 25 mins each way to the gas station at night. I liked the location and facilities. if you modernized a couple of the features, like curtains, would have totally different feel, but it's stilll lovely and great value. "

"Amazing room with every amenity that you would need. All of the staff were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The hotel created a peaceful atmosphere. We felt safe at all times. Grounds crew kept the place looking beautiful without being noisy. The entire property was quiet while having quite a few guests. The cleaning crew did a great job with our room every time they came, and informed us via a printed letter how Christmas Day and Boxing Day would be handled. Catching a bus...

"My stay was just one night but the reception service was excellent, they all was very pleasant, courteous, kind and very helpful. The unit was like a home away from home with a small kitchen where you can cook your own meals. lovely place to stay. Highly recommend it."

"The rooms are spacious and very clean with amenities such as washer / dryer in the unit... The property itself has an idyllic location - our bedrooms and living room had the most amazing view. The beach was a short walk down the hill and very private. Colleen, the concierge, and all the staff are very proactive in terms of checking in and making sure that all is going well throughout the stay. We will definitely visit again! THANK YOU! B.
