"I booked 4 rooms. It was great that the hotel is right in the beach area. The restaurant had good food with plenty to chose. The room not impresive.The aircondition did not provide much coldness even if it was set in maximum. The other 3 rooms did not have a problem though. Only bath towels provided. We have to ask for face towels and hand towels. They only gave us face towels. No bar soap. The staffs were great. "

"one the best beach front resorts in sta. fe. i was upgraded to larger cottage with loft. the host was very friendly.. the food is great. the beach is amazing.. be sure to watch the sunrise it is beautiful. "

"My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, and it was all around wonderful. The workers were attentive, helpful, and nice. It is right on Kota Beach and MJ square. The cocktails were amazing. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Marlins Resort!! "

"Wonderful staff who you quickly become friends with, and they are very accommodating. Had a great time at this beach front property. Plenty of beach chairs, tables, and the bar was a wonderful gathering place for the guests. Location is very convenient to the local town and various beach areas. Would stay there again. "

"The place was the worst place ive been to in 20 Years. It looked abandoned. No water for hours . A/C didn't cool the villa. No food or drink available even though charged for same. The pool was an algea color green. The grounds nor the beach were sweep. After we got our key the only staff lady left We left the next morning. The property looked abandoned in the morning. We arrived about 8 pm. Even then it looked scary. Worse in tbe light. It should not be on any travel service. A...

"Toilet is so primitive! No flush toilet, the sink is clogged,Shower and toilet are shared in one bathroom, entire bathroom floor gets wet all over. No amenities whatsoever. The only reason we chose this place is because it’s close to Bancal Port to get to Isla de Gigantes (which was our planned destination). This would have been a perfect place for tourists visiting the famous islands but there’s still a lot of room for improvement in the rooms. I wish the property o owners would at least try to make this place a little better- particularly the bathrooms - renovate and install better flush toilets and separate showers."
