"My friends and I stayed here for a weekend, we were from out of the country and loved this hotel. It’s not far from the downtown area and many places were walkable. Check in and check out we’re easy, finding the parking garage was a little hard but they were very nice and helped us no problem. "

"Great location as far as walking distance to the Bell Centre or shopping on St Catherine street. The outside is definitely aged yet the inside is nice. Rooms are updated yet washroom is a little dated and drains in need of unplugging. There was a very small window in the room which looked on to a wall of the neighbouring building a few feet away. There is a Cora's restaurant accessible to the hotel lobby. "

"If it wasn’t for the parking situation, this is a great hotel. The underground parking is perfect but the access and the steps to get access to it requires a complete rethinking. You show up and you think you can get to the parking and pay after. NOP. I wish I could explain how complicated it is, but the operator of the hotel should look into this, because it’s ridiculous. "

"The hotel was generally quiet with vast, long corridors. The room itself had some very good features: cotton sheets, feather pillows, natural cork flooring, wooden furniture, and a decent washroom with eco friendly soap dispensers. It was evident that there had been renovations in the room but some features had been overlooked, which seemed out of place. The bed was comfortable and the heating worked well.
